1. An order is placed by completing the booking form on the website and paying for the selected package.
2. Payments are securely processed via Stripe (supporting debit/credit cards Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and localized payment rails where available).
3. All open cohort B2C prices are stated in Polish Złoty (PLN) gross (inclusive of 23% VAT). Corporate B2B prices are stated in net amounts (+ 23% VAT).
4. The agreement is concluded upon confirmation of payment by the payment operator.
1. The workshop takes place on the selected date via live Google Meet videoconference.
2. Access link and preparatory materials are sent by email prior to the session.
3. Neurofriendly comfort standards: cameras are 100% optional, active chat participation is fully respected, and there is zero unexpected cold-calling.
4. Recording access depends on the purchased package: the Live package does not include a recording (a visual workshop summary is provided instead); the Standard package includes HD recording access for 90 days after the event; the PRO package includes HD recording access for 12 months after the event.
5. For the PRO package, the individual 1:1 session with Asia Tonkowicz is scheduled within 30 days of the workshop date.
